Priority Mail or Express Mail may be requested but will require an additional fee. Please contact us at for pricing. 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged by the postal service.  If you have received and item that is defective or damaged, please submit an email to to start a claim.  A photo to show proof of the defective or damaged item will be requested.  Once accepted, you will be asked to return the merchandise at your expense.  Once received, your replacement item will be sent at our expense along with a check to reimburse you for your postage.
